No more needles!

Last night I did my last needles at midnight and it is so nice to think that I don't have to do any drugs today except for the Dostinex before I go to bed tonight taken orally.

Oh wait I forgot that they gave me a single pill of Valium to take tonight to sleep if I wanted...I don't have problems sleeping so I won't take it but I thought I would just keep it for the hell of it! Who knows this might not work and I might need a good nights sleep after that...lol. Good times!

Had to come back and update! So after I hit publish post, the ad on the side was "drug rehab", WAY to funny and had to come back and share!

Good Luck tomorrow hun! Enjoy some time with your Hubby! I bet you have missed him.

I absolutely did miss him! I cuddled and smooched him as much as he would let me! Lol

IVF Timeline

June 10 7 Week u/s. 174 bpm... all looks great.
May 22 Test Day = BFP
May 13 froze a single blast
May 12 went ahead with a Day 5 Blast transfer
May 10 Day 3 u/s to see if I can go ahead with transfer (it's our choice now)
May 8 10 of the 13 Fertilized
May 7 ER 19 Eggs Retreived/13 Mature
May 5 u/s and blood test. No more stims and trigger tonight! Started Dostinex to help reduce risk of OHSS.
May 4 u/s and blood test follies look good but may be at risk for OHSS. Reduce stims to 75iu
May 2 u/s and blood test in Calgary 11+ & 9+ follies on each side reduce stims to 112.5
April 29 first blood test in Saskatoon (stims stay the same)
April 26 drained large cyst in Calgary and started stims (150ui gonalf and 75ui of luveris)
April 25 Baseline u/s in Lloyd and Showed a large cyst
April 21 called in Day 1

Our Timeline

March 2008 went off birth control
January 2009 Started TTC
July 2009 had sharp pains on side and Doc sent me for an u/s. U/s showed cyst had just ruptured.
August 2009 Starting to wonder so got OPKs
January 2010 went to family Dr. and DH went for a s/a and I did Day 21 bloodwork. Got a call back and my bloodwork shows I am ovulating. DH's morphology is so so.
February 2010 get 2nd s/a to compare results after DH started vitamins and took antibiotics to make sure there is no infection. Call back and refered to a Urologist just to check things out.
April 2010 DH goes to the Urologist and she thought all was fine but sent him for a scrotal u/s to just make sure there was no varicoles. I ask the doc to refer us to a fertility clinic but she thought a OBGYN would be the next step.
May 2010 DH gets the OK that he is good to go. I get an HSG done by the OBGYN... TUBES ARE CLEAR! YAY!
July 2010 Sign Consent forms for IUI's. Also get put onto the Saskatoon FC waitlist.
September 2010 get to do our first IUI with 50mg of clomid. Two really good follies so doc warns it could be twins. BFN
October 13, 2010 (our anniversary) took 50mg of clomid and IUI cancelled due to early ovulation. Also get put onto Edmonton and Calgary FC waitlists.
November 2010 IUI cancelled due to a cyst. Upside got a call from Calgary FC and we can do the IVF info session next month and initial testing.
December 2010 3rd attempt at IUI #2 was a go with 50mg of clomid. Ended in a BFN! Went for IVF info session, s/a, u/s, and consult. Signed the papers for IVF and are on the waitlist.
February 2011 3rd IUIwith 50mg clomid everything looks the best it ever has to the doc. BFN
Early March 2011 get offered IVF but had to decline because the doc wanted 2 cycles off of any fertility drugs :(
End March 2011 got offered IVF and was given the calendar.
April 10th 2011 Started IVF Protocol (see IVF Timeline)
May 22, 2012 GOT BFP!!! WOHOO
June 10, 2012 7 Week u/s. 174 bpm
